Despite what many people think, you don't have to lose weight to wrestle. When compared to other sports, wrestling is actually healthy and safe.
You don't need to be a specific size or have a specific skill set. Anyone who is committed and willing to work hard can be successful regardless of height, weight, speed, or strength.
